My stay at the Holiday Inn in Suva from the 14th to the 16th was fabulous! The room was very clean, modern, and spacious, perfect for 3 adults, and the bed was super comfy. The service was top-notch with all staff being very friendly and accommodating. The location was relaxing, facing the harbor and close to the capital city, offering a great place to unwind. The dining experience was delightful with tasty options to choose from. A wonderful experience overall!
The hotel was clean and offered ample space for 2 adults with roomy enough bathroom and shower facilities. However, the safe was not working, and the bed sheets were old, which required changing on Day 1. Also, the room was not ready on time, leading to over an hour of waiting.
The hotel offers rooms that are well-furbished and of very high quality, creating an oasis of calm with a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere. The fantastic rooms overlook the garden and pool, providing spacious, clean, and comfortable accommodations with all the necessary amenities. However, the service had its ups and downs, being extremely friendly and helpful at times but showing clear signs of dislike in other instances. The location is ultra-convenient, smack bang in the heart of Suva, making it easy to access town and transportation. The dining experience is pretty amazing overall, with a great buffet, but one should keep their expectations low regarding restaurant service.
After 42 hours of long flights from Europe, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The rooms are bigger than we expected and well-appointed, providing all the amenities you'd expect of a good hotel. The bed was very comfy, and we're definitely planning to come back.
I stayed in a clean and refurbished queen bed seaview room, which was simple but neat, perfect for individuals with disabilities and caregivers. The hotel staff were friendly, efficient, and professional, making us feel warmly welcomed during our stay and the conference. The location was convenient, close to town and easy to access taxis. The dining experience, although a bit pricey with few menu selections, was enjoyable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with some minor areas that could be improved.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious, which made moving around with suitcases a breeze. The location at the water end of the complex overlooking the pool area was fantastic. The friendly staff made our stay truly enjoyable. I will definitely be back!
The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Suva, offering a beautiful outlook, but some mildew building up is not up to the Holiday Inn standard. The rooms, though always in use by staff, are enhanced by sleek floorboards. The service provided during our stay and at the conference was excellent, with friendly and commendable staff. The dining experience was amazing, offering one of the best breakfast spreads. However, the location could be tidier and the facilities need some attention to detail.
